The millet husks come from controlled organic cultivation and are certified. The shells are cleaned, dedusted and heat-treated several times.

Advantages of millet husks:
> Millet husks can absorb moisture (e.g. sweat) without giving it back.
> Millet husks are elastic and free-flowing and therefore adapt to every movement and part of the body without counter-pressure.
> Due to their flowability, they have a massage effect.
> In winter, millet husks have a warming/insulating effect, which is an excellent prevention against tension and pain, especially in the head and neck area.

As this is a natural product, it is recommended to replace the filling every 2-3 years, as millet husks are not washable.
